We believe French food should be generous, comforting, prepared with passion, and made from scratch. Our menu brings together the classic dishes we love to cook — from Beef Bourguignon to Duck Confit and traditional French desserts.

True French's simple menu is designed for gatherings of all kinds: dinner parties, family celebrations, corporate events, beach houses, holidays, and everything in between.

Our food is prepared in our professional kitchen, carefully packaged and delivered ready for you to enjoy. You choose the dishes, we take care of the cooking.

To maintain the quality and consistency we believe in, our dishes are prepared in generous production batches and sold by the full hotel pan, rather than as individually customized portions.

Questions and Answers

  • True French does not offer full service catering. We cook our dishes in our professional kitchen and deliver on site in disposable containers.

    We do not provide silverware, plates, beverages, cleaning services, servers etc.

  • There is a minimum order of $400

  • We are proud to offer a carefully curated menu featuring French dishes that travel well and maintain their quality when delivered and served away from our kitchen.

    For now, we are keeping our selection simple, focused and efficient.

    As True French grows, we may expand our offerings with additional dishes and seasonal selections.

  • We package our food in high-quality, disposable containers designed to keep hot items hot or cold during transport.

    For the best experience, we recommend having an oven and/or refrigerator available at your location to maintain the proper temperature until serving. If these are not available, we can provide heating solutions upon request, please let us know when placing your order inquiry.

  • Delivery is free within 15 minutes from Renaissance Bistro in Pensacola.

    Any additional transport will be an extra charge.
